General level 1For students with more than 1 year’s regular practice who are familiar with shoulder stand (unless for medical reasons). Bring your own yoga equipment if possible.
General level 2For students with more than 3 years' regular practice who are proficient in headstand (unless for medical reasons).
PregnancyIf you have practised yoga before and are in good health, you may join our general classes. Special pregnancy classes may be offered if numbers permit.
